  • This Wednesday night is our monthly Youth Night service.  If you are between the ages of 7th grade and 12th grade, this service is for you.  Wonderful praise and worship led by our College group, exciting pump-up and a great Word from Pastor Cigi.  Service is held in main sanctuary at CJC at 6:30 p.m.
  • Next Sunday, immediately following our morning service, we will share a Mexican potluck meal.  If you would like to join us, please fix up your favorite dish.  This is a great way to get to know one another and at the same time enjoy a great meal.
  • Isaiah’s Soup Kitchen needs our help.  They are in need of food and supplies.  A few items are coffee, ice tea, and canned goods.  If you are interested in being a part of this, you may drop off any items during the week at CJC.  We will make one large delivery each week.
  • Hey Girls!  We are going to have a Ladies Night Out on Friday October 23rd at 5:30 p.m.  We will be meeting at a restaurant for dinner and then off to the movies we go.  Please mark your calendar, there will be more info. on the way.
  • We are continuing to collect Box Tops and Labels for Education to help support our JCA!  All Box tops and Labels can be turned in to Crill at anytime.  For more information, see the back table for a product list.

  • Isaiah’s Soup Kitchen needs our help. We have the opportunity to serve our community with Isaiah’s Soup Kitchen. They need non-perishable items such as canned goods, coffee, and tea. Please bring whatever you can by the church throughout the week. We will make one large delivery every week. We also have a sign up sheet at the front of the church to help serve the meals on Tuesday and Thursday. If you are interested in being a part of this, please sign your name and put down which day works best for you. If enough of us will serve, we will only need to serve once to twice a month.
  • This Thursday, September 24th will be our second Fall Fun Festival. It will take place in the main sanctuary at 6:30 p.m. If you missed the first one, it is not too late to come be a part of making the big decisions. Hope to see you there!!
  • Next Sunday September 27th will be Good Ole’ Fashion potluck. Come join us for a great meal and an exciting football game on the big screens.
  • Youth Night will be Wednesday September 30th at 6:30 p.m. It is going to be an exciting time and you won’t want to miss it.
  • Junction Christian Academy is collecting Box Tops and Labels for Education. Please take the time to check out the products in your pantry that would help give back to the school. There is a list of products that support this cause on the back table in the sanctuary. What an easy way to raise money for JCA and you can be a part of it.
  • Next Sunday Pastor Ty will be speaking the 2nd message of the 4 part series “Contradiction -Tackling the tough questions.” You won’t want to miss what the Word has to say on “Divorce and Re-marriage.”

  • Next Sunday September 20th we will be sharing in a Soup and Salad meal immediately following the morning service. Football has finally begun. So while we eat and fellowship we can also enjoy a good game
  • Next Sunday we are beginning a 4 week series entitled, “Contradictions”. We will be tackling the tough questions that can often bring confusion. It is time to learn the truth and the truth will set us free. Please invite a friend, it could change their life.
  • Parent’s Night Out is Friday, September 18th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. We will meet at the church at 6 p.m. to drop off the kids and then we will meet up at Larry and Nora Tuttle’s home for a backyard BBQ. Please bring your meat of choice and a side dish. That can be a vegetable, dessert or salad. Call Jacqulyn Miller at 390-7565 to RSVP.
  • College and Career night, also known as INTERSECT, is meeting every Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m. We will be meeting in the main sanctuary of CJC for a great time of fellowship and growing in Christ.
  • JCA is collecting Box Tops and Campbell’s Soup Can Labels. Please be aware of the items you purchase that have box tops on them. For every one turned in, 10 cents is given back to our school. There is a list of products that support this cause on the back table in the main sanctuary.
  • Please sign-up for a rotation at the Fall Fun Festival on October 17th. CJC is purchasing a T-shirt for every volunteer and we need a count ASAP. We will only be buying the shirts for those that give us their size.

  • This Saturday September 12th at 11:30 a.m. we are having our monthly Girls Grub.  We are having a Tea Party buffet and our special guest speaker will be Jody Wilson.  Please bring a finger food, dessert, pastry, or anything that reminds you of a Tea Party.  And please bring a friend.
  • Next Sunday September 13th, Pastor Ty will be sharing Cowboy Junction’s One Prayer for 2010.  God is….  It has been an incredible series so far.  If you missed Pastor Parry Noble or Pastor Jentzen Franklin, you can listen to their messages on the podcast under the media tab on the website.
  • Immediately following next Sunday service we will fellowship with the Good Ole’ Fashion Potluck.  Bring a dish and join us for a great meal.
  • Water baptism is this coming Monday September 14th.  It is still not too late to be a part of this exciting service.  If you are a candidate for water baptism, please call 396-4425 or 390-2333.

  • Pastor Ty wants to thank his church family for the incredible service last Monday night.  It was a total surprise and honor.  The Curtis Fort bronze will be a cherished possession for the rest of his life.  He says, “I love being your Pastor and I’m stoking a fresh fire to serve the Lord through this church for many more years.  I promise to stay if you do.”  “I love you, Jesus loves you and don’t you ever forget it.”
  • Next Sunday September 6th we will have a Mexican Potluck meal immediately following service.  Please join us with your favorite Mexican recipe.
  • Next Sunday we will be presenting Pastor Jentezen Franklin  with a message entitled “God is…Able”.  One Prayer is an awesome way for churches around the world to link up and dream BIG.  You won’t want to miss this powerful message.
  • Girls Grub is going to be on Saturday, September 12th at 11:30 a.m.  We will be having a Tea Party Buffet so bring your favorite finger food, appetizer, or dessert.  Jodie Wilson will be sharing a powerful Word that will be an encouragement to each of us.
  • Baptism service will be held Monday September 14th in the evening service.  If you are interested in being baptized, please see Pastor Ty or Heather and they would love to visit with you about being a part of this amazing night.
  • Parent’s Night Out is Friday September 18th at Larry and Nora Tuttle’s home.  We will meet at the church at 6:00 p.m. to drop off the kids for a babysitting service provided by the church.  We will then head over to the Tuttles at 927 College Lane for a backyard BBQ.  Bring your own meat for this event
